About The Fellowship
TINE Africa Fellowship
TINE Africa Fellowship is a flagship professional development initiative designed to build the next generation of leaders in Africa’s international education ecosystem. Over an intensive 10-week learning journey, TINE Africa Fellows engage in a series of high-impact training & mentorship sessions led by seasoned professionals across the industry, as well as several individual assignments and two capstone projects.
Launched in 2025, TINE Africa Fellowship programme has trained ~50 exceptional early-career professionals, representing 5 countries, and was meticulously selected from over 180 ambitious applications. The success of this inaugural cohort - our 4.61/5.0 rating, over 5,000 students who will receive adequate guidance, and the extended reach of over 15,000 applicants annually - reflects TINE Africa’s commitment to nurturing competence, integrity, and leadership in the field.
